On the 12th day of Dhul-Hijjah the pilgrims do as they did on the 11th and, on the completion of the stoning, he is allowed to return home. Before leaving the vicinity of Makkah the pilgrim should perform the farewell Tawaaf known as Tawaaf al-Widaa.
